Brighton Pilsner is brewed with the finest German malts from Weyermann. Czech Saaz and American Sterling hops combine to produce a modern interpretation of a classic style.

A refreshing Pilsner brewed with 100% Lager malt and a blend of European and New Zealand hops. Fermented cold and lagered for a crisp, dry finish with aromas of cut grass and citrus fruits.

Silly Moo is an unusually civilised farmhouse cider, made on the farm by Rachel and Andrew. It is a marriage of East coast and West Country cider styles as we blend our fully fermented cider with apple juice to balance it.
